The service

Twofold is a tool to record and plan your own money and your company's money. It does not move money, connect to your bank, or give financial, tax or legal advice. Forecasts, tax reserves and VAT figures are planning estimates; check them with an accountant before filing.

Your account

You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your login safe. Each workspace has one owner.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You see a price preview before every change. Upgrades start once paid, with the unused part of your current plan credited. Reductions and cancellations take effect at the next renewal. If a payment fails you have 7 days to fix it; after that paid workspaces become read-only. You can always view and export your data, and it is not deleted for non-payment.

Ending

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Profile. Deleting is permanent.
