What we store

Your email, name, the financial records you enter or import, and receipt files you attach. Receipts are kept in private storage and only shown to you through short-lived links.

Who can see it

Only you. Every table is protected by row-level security so a workspace can only be read by its owner. Financial pages are never stored in shared caches.

Processors

• Supabase: database, login and file storage.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Stripe: payments. We never see your card details.
• Resend: reminder emails, which only include amounts if you allow it.
• Frankfurter: daily exchange rates (no personal data is sent).

Analytics

Only with your consent, and only which features are used. Amounts, descriptions, payees and account names are never sent to analytics.

Your rights

Export everything as CSV from any workspace, and delete your account and all its data from Profile at any time.
